Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Duration: 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
  • Coverage: Only manufacturing defects in electronic or mechanical components.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Send an email to info@aerostemtechnology.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Include:
    • Product name and serial number
    • Invoice or proof of purchase
    • Clear images or videos showing the issue

Our team will respond within 2 business days and provide a resolution.

Warranty Resolution

  • If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect:
    We will repair or replace the defective part free of cost.
  • The decision to repair or replace is solely at the discretion of Aerostem Technology.
  • Customer bears the shipping cost for sending the item to our service center.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

All users must comply with DGCA and Indian aviation regulations during drone operations.
